Learn French

While there are many different ways to teach and learn French, we at our Languages & Tutoring Academy believe that learning the French language requires the student to instantly be immersed in the target language.
Our French language lessons, taught by our skilled native instructors, are designed to build conversational skills.
Languages & Tutoring Academy offers different formats and levels of French group classes.
For students with very specific goals, our language school also offers private, customized French language instruction. French private lessons are a good way to learn French quickly.

Conversational French I

Bonjour !!!! Our beginning-level French class introduces you to the basics of everyday conversational French. You will learn common greetings, how to describe people, things and places, give and ask for basic information, the French alphabet and the fundamentals of pronunciation. French culture will also be explored throughout the course to put expressions and vocabulary into a cultural framework, making this a well-rounded introductory course for any student.

Conversational French II

This course is a continuation of Conversational French I or it can be an entry-level class for students who have previously studied French. In this course the basics of French grammar are introduced, with primary emphasis being placed on speaking, listening comprehension and vocabulary building. You will continue to gain greater confidence in using French in everyday situations throughout real world dialogues and in-class role play.

Conversational French III

If you have a basic knowledge of French grammar, but need to brush up on your skills and want to break out of basic French, then our third level course is just for you! This class builds on the basics of French grammar, including all verb tenses and object pronouns. Students enrolled in this course improve their conversational skills while learning proper grammar. After this course, we have additional levels that are posted here once this class is ready to move on to the next level.

Travel Essentials: French

Make the most of your next trip! This fun and entertaining course gives you basic French phrases without the grammar. You’ll learn basic greetings, numbers, how to ask for directions, answer basic questions, and, of course, order your favorite meal in a restaurant or bar! This three-hour course will also give you cultural and travel tips to be sure you don't commit any obvious cultural faux pas when you arrive. Perfect for your next trip to Paris, Montreal or any other French-speaking country.

European Tour

Whether you are traveling to Europe, unsure which language you'd like to study, or fascinated by languages in general, this one-of-a-kind course is for you! You will learn the basics phrases in Spanish, French, German and Italian, with emphasis on everyday vocabulary and travel situations. Each week the focus is on a different language. This is the perfect way to really make the most out of your vacation. You won't find this course offered anywhere else!

Business French

Languages & Tutoring Academy is now offering specialized Arabic course for professionals who want to learn Arabic for the workplace. This course offer industry-specific vocabulary and phrases and are fully customizable for you or your business.

French for the Family

Children ages 3-5 and their families will enjoy this course. Parents, grandparents or guardians join their children in our colorful classroom to learn French words and phrases that they can use at home, too! Conversation, games and hands-on activities makes this a fun and educational session for the whole family. Each session is three weeks long and meets twice per week.
